You’ll be guided through a tasting of four different Barbera wines, each offering a new perspective on this remarkable grape. To complete the experience, you’ll also taste our Vermouth Rosso di Torino, crafted from our own Barbera—an unexpected and elegant expression of the variety. Your tasting is paired with a selection of local cheeses, artisanal salami, and grissini, carefully chosen to complement every glass.
