'Piasi in Silensi' has a bright golden yellow color.
This Cortese has a floral nose and is fresh fruity with a fine minerality.
Thanks to the careful approach during vinification, the typical taste of the Cortese grape remains well present. The medium body and the fine aftertaste creates a smooth wine, which is easy to drink.
This wine can easily be drunk on its own as an aperitif. It also goes very well with crustaceans and elegant fish dishes.
Serve at 8 - 10 °.
