Red Vermouth of Turin
The base wine of this vermouth is a Barbera aged in oak barrels
2-month infusion with various Piedmontese herbs from a Barbera grown in oak. Adding alcohol and sugar for taste and conservation.
This Vermouth Rosso di Torino has a bright and fresh cherry red color. This is thanks to the base of red barbera grapes (unlike most red vermouths which are made of white wine with the addition of caramel).

Thanks to the use of Barbera wine, aged in oak barrels, the taste of red wine is well preserved. In combination with a blend of Piedmontese herbs, a harmonious game of bitter, sweet and herbaceous notes is created.
This vermouth can be enjoyed straight, cold or with ice as an aperitif or digestive. Adding an orange peel provides the ideal finish. Thanks to the sweet and sour notes, this vermouth is also extremely suitable in various cocktails.
