Balèt dël Àngel
Piedmont DOC Pinot Nero
'Balèt dël Àngel' means 'Dance of the Angel' in the Piedmontese dialect.
Only a grape like Pinot is so elegant and delicate that, when honestly vinified, it makes an angel dance spontaneously.
For this we have called our Piemonte DOC Pinot Nero
'Balèt dël Àngel'.

Piedmont DOC Pinot Nero
A pure Pinot Noir vinified in red, from owned vineyards in Isola d'Asti.
Maceration on the skins takes place at a controlled temperature. The wine then passes into oak barrels where it ages for 12 months. So the wine remains in the bottle for another year.
Typical pinot nose, an open nose with aromas of small red fruit, strawberry, red currant, slightly smoky and a little sous bois.
In the mouth a fresh expression of red fruits, extremely soft and interwoven tanins, light fumé and beautiful freshness in the aftertaste.
Serve at 17-18 °.
