To complete the experience, you’ll also taste our Vermouth Rosso di Torino, crafted from our own Barbera—an unexpected and elegant expression of the variety. Your tasting is paired with a selection of local cheeses, artisanal salami, and grissini, carefully chosen to complement every glass.
